CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Well-known Taiwan Baking Master Chef Chen Chih-Feng will show baking enthusiasts how to achieve nice shaping and the baking technique to achieve the moist texture for the bread & toast.

French Cranberry Cheese Bread 法式蔓越莓乳酪軟欧

The class will be conducted in Mandarin. Demonstration by Chef & participants followed by hands-on session.
