Fees : S$250/Pax (Hands-On class, Limited to 12 participants)

Recipes, Dine on all the demonstrated items, each participant will receive one pack of Taiwan Premium Blue Jacket Brand Flour.

Description: Chef Katsumi Wu will show baking enthusiasts how to achieve good hand-rolled croissant and the baking technique to achieve the correct texture in your pastries .
