Chef Giovanna Chen
Chef Giovanna has been living in Italy for 18 years, and she is the first Taiwanese student of Chef Rolando Morandin - the godfather of Italian Christmas bread.
She is also the team captain for Taiwan in 2023 Panettone World Championship, and won the fourth place in  2023's Panettone World Championships. 

Chef Giovanna Chen's Background :
  • Member of accademia dei maestri dei lievito madre
  • The first Italian certified professional olive oil taster in Taiwan-assaggiatrice dell'olio.
  • In December 2012, she became a registered oil taster No. 112 by the Department of Commerce of the ROC Taiwan.
  • In 2014, she was elected as a member of the Oil Tasting Group of the Regional Chamber of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia.
  • Invited to judge several Italy local oil tasting competitions every year.
  • Representative of OLEA Taiwan, Italian Olive Oil Association (OLEA).
  • Certified by OLEA/AIPO/ERSA/ APROL
  • Completion of OLEA's olive pruning course in Italy.
  • Completion of Dante Alighieri, Italian Pizza School
  • Completion of Universita' della Pizza in Italy
  • Course on the use of natural yeast at Universita' di pane, University of Bakery, Italy
  • Graduated from Fu Jen Catholic University with a degree in Italian.
  • Served as Special Assistant to the Visa Section of the Italian Economic, Trade and Cultural Promotion Office
  • CEO of I love Italy, imported the Italy top class food products
  • Fluent in Mandarin/English/Italian.
