Description : 
Well-known Taiwan Baking Master Chef Yu Tung-Yun (Tony) will show baking enthusiasts how to use the "Red Wine Old Dough" & "Poolish" method to get the great textures and full of fragrance for your daily baking. Also learning the techniques for making the Baguette & European breads.

Class Type :

The class will be conducted in Mandarin, and the English recipes provided.
Demonstration by Chef & participants followed by hands-on session
