We would like to invite the 2019 World Bread Competition Mondial Du Pain Special Gold Award for Viennoiserie Category, also the well-known Taiwan Baking Master Chef Yu Tung-Yun (Tony) visit Singapore again & this class menu is specially for vegan customers, contents free of oil, egg & milk. Using the soy milk, soybean dregs, honey, nuts & dried fruits with a couple special fermentation methods to mix into 4 different doughs to produce the healthier soft and yummy products. No matter for families or bakeries can easily get the ingredients for mass production, and bring business opportunities.

 

Class Menu : 

Soy-milk Toast
Use completely unsweetened soybean milk without adding any drop of water. Add in the soybean dregs to replace part of the wheat, to add more nutritional value and vegetable fibers, which can promote the digestive system and be good for health.

Healthy Rice Cereal Bread
This bread can be called a competition grade standard. In order to avoid the loss of the nutritional value of the grains, special techniques will be used to lock in the moisture with time and aging. Preventing aging and locking in nutritional value and the special aroma produced by the combination of wheat.

Sesame nuts Bread
The current trend of health and wellness is to ingest some products that are beneficial to the human body. This sesame nut bread will be specially using the overnight low temperature aging method to make the aroma more intense, and the taste is soft, you must not miss it.

Health Wolf-berry Raisins Bread
Using a large amount of wolf-berry into the bread produces a pure natural color, increasing appetite and taking care of health, especially using the Poolish dough, making the bread more moist, having the taste and visual enjoyment as well.
