Chef Edison Lu is a highly acclaimed teacher of bread and dessert making, he has concentrated his years of experience in the field of bakery and dessert making , and hopes to help more people who wish to learn and experience the joy of baking  by hand. He has 266K followers on his FB fanpage & 100K followers on YouTube channel.

In order to keep improving himself professionally, chef Edison Lu is actively participate in further studies whenever he has the opportunity, such as the bakery vocational school in Heidelberg, Germany, the pastry study at the Le Cordon Bleu hospitality and culinary school in Australia, and the technology transfer from Kakiyasu Group in Japan.

Chef Edison Lu says : Bread is a science, pastry is an art, and life is wonderful because of it!
